RCRA in partnership with Baylor-Uganda is implementing a 5 year CDC funded project; Accelerating Epidemic Control (ACE) in Fort portal Region, CDC-RFA-GH18-1842. The project’s main objective is to support implementation and acceleration of comprehensive prevention, care and treatment programs for HIV epidemic control in Fort portal region for adults and children in Fort portal region under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDs Relief (PEPFAR), under theme will be, “Utilizing Community Structures to accelerate epidemic control in Fort portal region. Activities will include: 1st 95 – Identiﬁcation of People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLHIV) and Tuberculosis (TB) and index client contact tracing.
2nd 95 – Linkage to ART services through the differentiated service delivery models.
3rd 95 – Supporting adherence to and retention on antiretroviral therapy (ART)
